Time and again, I've had the privilege of assisting numerous clients in completing multiple real estate transactions forming lasting relationships with them along the way. Let me highlight just a few examples:
One client began with a purchase at $395,000, which they later sold to a friend who also entrusted me to find the another waterfront home. Subsequently, they engaged in a series of profitable deals: purchasing at $750,000, selling at $850,000, buying at $1,585,000, and selling at $1,650,000. They even embarked on a new project, purchasing a tear down at $525,000 and constructing a new home using my recommended builder.
Another satisfied client started with a purchase at $230,000 and then went on to acquire two more chain weekly rentals at $450,000 and $550,000, respectively. Later, they added three more downtown Waupaca rentals to their portfolio.
There was a client who bought a property at $39,000, sold it at $79,000, and then made another successful purchase at $230,000.
A different client entrusted me with handling various real estate deals: buying a property at $850,000 selling a non waterfront home at $550,000, and selling a second waterfront home using my referral at $450,000. I also played a pivotal role in closing a $950,000 deal to sell their first waterfront home.
I proudly served as a buyer's agent for a client who purchased a home at $2,000,000 followed by another purchase this time a farm at $942,000. I also helped the same client successfully make an unsolicited offer, in a very complex deal, for a large parcel of land and a house worth over $3,000,000. Recently, this client purchased a house on 5 acres. We then split off part of the land and resold the house for about $400,000. Even more recently this same family purchased an additional 60 acres of land. Ya, this same client continues to use me as their real estate agent.
Yet another satisfied client completed transactions with me, buying at $350,000, selling at $450,000 and buying again at $450,000.
I facilitated a client's journey from purchasing a property at $9,000 to later selling it at $117,000. Moreover, I helped them acquire a large parcel of land and a farmhouse.
For another delighted client, I first sold their country home for $245,000 and then assisted them in buying a riverside property for $650,000.
Within a single family, my services extended to multiple members. For instance, I helped son #1 purchase a house at $150,000, which he later sold to buy a piece of land to build upon. Simultaneously, son #2 sold a property at $175,000 and purchased another at $250,000. Additionally, I successfully managed the sale of the mother's lake house for $350,000.
In a family estate scenario, I handled several transactions, including the sale of land and a house of very modest value, followed by the sale of a remarkable house and a sizable parcel of land. Then helped this same family sell a nice riverside property.
One particularly notable achievement was selling a very substantial parcel of land for over $1,000,000 and then assisting the same family in selling a City of Waupaca house. This family was not done selling so, we helped sell a large commercial property in a challenging transaction.
